This Compact Disc entitled DREAM AND SMILE includes once again the voice and several guitars of the LEGENDARY Donjames LeBlanc interpreting 11 more of his own creations: two songs have some fills of Donjames on banjo! It was released in 1996. The title cut is an inspirational ballad about how to live with a dream followed by a Valentine’s Day melody, “MyValentine”. The secretary song (about secretaries in the office) recorded in Hollywood, should be played during National Secretary’s Day in April. What follows on the CD is an imaginative story of tragic love, one about diamonds and unfaithfulness and one about wishing and unfulfilled romance! “Trees” portrays Donjames’ love of nature. “Spring Moon” outlines a relationship of let’s say a Micmac Native and perhaps an Acadien. There’s a song about life without love and one about unsmiling faces and sadness. The CD ends with a rockin’ song about bachelorhood, “Bachelor Blues”! If Donjames were buying this CD, his song choice would be “Trees” and “MyValentine”. But all of the songs on this CD are sure to make your CD collection memorable.
